Summary: Superheroes from across the world are meeting in Hollywood for the Celebrity Superhero Awards. But Boffin Boy hasn't been invited. So he watches it on TV. But then the show is suddenly stopped by Colonel Bullet. Boffin Boy's old enemy the Wizard of Edo has a new evil plot, and only the superheroes can save the world. The trouble is, they're not very good superheroes, so they need a bit of help. So Boffin Boy goes to Hollywood, after all.
