Jake is an only child, his parents run an Island retreat for adults. Much to his parents dismay, when Jake learns that the retreat is in financial trouble he tries to help. First he organises entertainment for the guests involving a stale Easter egg hunt and then he sends out an email inviting people to come to the island for free. Causing mayhem, the only visitors Jake attracts are 'the magazine people' from an exclusive travel magazine. Jake's parents are furious, told to stay in his room for several days during their visit, Jake feels miserable and unwanted. Then in his loneliness and despair he learns of the island's dark secret through his new mysterious friends. 175p.
